During the week, students will
learn a variety of martial arts skills with fun training activities such as using punch bags and hand targets. Obstacle
courses will also be set up to help develop balance and co-ordianation skills. There will be a chance to compete with
one another in a variety of game challenges.
In addition to all this, children will be taken through our entire Anti-Bullying program
and taught about Health & Nutrition.
The cost for the entire training camp is £50.00 per child.
Teens and Adults are welcome
to take part in our evening classes which run throughout the week and will continue through the summer holiday (call for details).
